First day of diet

Hi PEEPS..

CNY is over le..
time for me to start my diet le..

1. bread for breakfast
2. nice but less lunch
3. less dinner..

i hope that by eating this way, i can slim down to my targetted weight!!!
plus by eating this way, i can save up lots of money for my dream to buy a car!! =D
i really really hope i can cut down lots of weight and save enough to buy a car..

today is the commerence date of my diet plan..

DAY 1

eat nothing for my breakfast!
eat fish piece soup with little rice for my lunch!
no tibits from lunch to dinner
chicken rice with skin peeled and with white rice!
good start for DAY 1.. dont know can i survive or endure till DAY 30 , DAY 60 , DAY 90
i really hope i can maintain this lifestyle till i achieve my targetted weight!!

alright PEEPS...
in order to have a healthier lifestyle, i must sleep around 10-11pm..
so i have to log off now to play some games and then go sleep le.. =D
